Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a dynamic and structured yoga style that enhances flexibility, strength, stress management, and inner calmness.

Rooted in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, Ashtanga Yoga follows the eight-limb path, integrating postures (asanas), concentration (dharana), meditation (dhyana), and ethical & moral principles for a holistic yogic journey.

The practice begins with five repetitions of Surya Namaskar A & B, followed by a standing sequence, encouraging discipline and focus. The powerful, rhythmic movements in Ashtanga Yoga not only build endurance but also purify the mind and body, promoting a deep sense of clarity and self-awareness.

Ajna Yoga

Ajna Yoga is a practice centered around activating the third eye chakra (Ajna) to enhance mental clarity, intuition, and inner awareness. It incorporates a blend of yoga poses, pranayama, meditation, and visualizations, guiding practitioners toward a deeper connection between daily actions and life’s greater purpose.

Also known as Ajna Flow Yoga, this style consists of dynamic sequences where postures flow seamlessly in a rhythmic pattern, synchronized with breath. Unlike rigid sequences, each Ajna Flow class is unique, preventing repetitive strain while promoting balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. The fluid movements cultivate strength and harmony, allowing practitioners to experience yoga as a meditative and transformative journey.
